Milestone Attorney Partner Program
For attorneys: partnership with the lines drawn in ink
Two relationships, honestly separated: fee-divided co-counsel on LEGAL matters under the Florida Bar's rules — and a settlement desk that treats your clients impeccably with zero referral fees, because on the closing side that line is federal law.
The legal side — where fee division lives
- Estate planning, trusts, and wills for your clients — engaged with the firm at its published pricing
- Probate administration coordinated with property sales
- Real estate law: contract disputes, quiet title, deed corrections, homestead work
- Fee participation structured under the Florida Bar's fee-division rules (Rule 4-1.5) — written client consent, documented per engagement, handled by the law firm
The title side — where service is the compensation
- White-glove closings for your clients — you stay counsel of record, we run the settlement machinery
- Portal visibility on every file you send: the live ten-step tracker, uploads, statuses
- Same-day attorney-supervised triage on defect files — with an honest read on what needs legal work
- Your clients get the published pricing table and bundle savings — the same table everyone gets
The bright line, stated once:no fee, credit, or thing of value is ever paid for the referral of title, settlement, or closing business — by us or to us. RESPA §8 and Florida’s title rules draw that line, and this program is built on the right side of it. Fee division applies to legal engagements only, under Florida Bar Rule 4-1.5, documented with written client consent through Muroff, Milestone & Milestone, P.A.

Tell us about your practice
Estate planners, out-of-state counsel, litigators with property-adjacent clients — describe your practice and the fit you're imagining; the right people respond, usually same business day.
Fee-division arrangements are entered into by Muroff, Milestone & Milestone, P.A. per engagement, in writing, with client consent under Rule 4-1.5, Rules Regulating the Florida Bar. Nothing on this page is an offer of compensation for settlement-service referrals. Attorney advertising.
Attorney questions
The questions colleagues actually ask
Can I earn a referral fee for sending Milestone Title a closing?
No — and the reason is federal, not stinginess. RESPA §8 (12 U.S.C. §2607) prohibits giving or accepting anything of value for the referral of settlement-service business, with no carve-out that blesses attorneys referring closings. What we offer instead is worth more and survives an audit: your clients get transparent published pricing and coordinated service, and you get a title desk that makes you look brilliant for the recommendation.
So what CAN be compensated?
Legal work — which is a different universe with different rules. When you co-counsel or refer a legal engagement (an estate plan, a probate, a quiet title action) to Muroff, Milestone & Milestone, P.A., fee division is available under Florida Bar Rule 4-1.5: written client consent, proper documentation, division consistent with the rule. That's structured directly with the law firm, engagement by engagement — the way lawyer fee-sharing has always lawfully worked.
I'm an estate planner who doesn't touch closings. What's the fit?
The classic partnership: your client's trust buys or sells property, our title desk closes it with trust-vesting done correctly, the deed-into-trust records properly, and your plan stays intact — with you looped in through the portal instead of chasing status calls. Your practice keeps the planning; your clients get a closing that respects it.
I practice out of state. Can you handle my client's Florida matter?
Yes — that's the ancillary pattern: you remain the client's counsel at home, the law firm handles the Florida legal work (ancillary probate, Florida deeds, homestead), and the title desk closes the property side. Fee division on the legal engagement per the Bar rules; remote-first logistics throughout.
