The Complete coordinates both under one roof; the Under-One-Roof Bundle savings apply to the service and legal fees — never to the state-set title premium, which nobody may discount.
Can I buy the package if I'm not closing on a property right now?
The estate-planning side — trusts, wills, deeds, homestead work, with TrusteeClear included on trust-based plans — is available from the law firm any time. The Complete simply prices the moment when a closing and a plan happen together, which is when most families finally do both.
I already have a trust. Is there a version for me?
