The rules
Objective, disclosed, and referral-free
Compliance isn't the fine print on this program — it's the program.
- 1Open to licensed Florida real estate professionals with an active, lawfully marketed listing in Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach County.
- 2Selection is editorial and objective: completeness of submission, quality of media, and market interest. Never referral history — we don't track one for this purpose.
- 3Featured listings display the listing agent and brokerage prominently and link to the agent's own page — the backlink is yours.
- 4Features carry disclosures: listings are submitted by third-party agents; Milestone is not the listing broker and makes no representations about the property.
- 5No payment for placement in the standard spotlight, no requirement to use Milestone Title for anything, and no guarantee of placement.
- 6Features expire automatically when the listing closes or goes stale — no zombie listings.
Spotlight participation is not conditioned on referring settlement-service business, and no compensation is paid for referrals. See the full Realtor Program Disclosures. Advertising of listings remains subject to the listing agent’s own license and brokerage obligations.
